These terms govern your use of Cameron James's Shop and purchases made through this store. The store is operated in Australia and hosted by Shopify. The policies linked on this website form part of these terms where relevant to your purchase.

Products and availability

We sell digital cookbooks and related digital content where listed for sale. Product descriptions identify what is included, the format, price and any relevant requirements. Availability is shown on each product page.

Prices, orders and payments

The currency is identified on the product page and at checkout. Applicable taxes and any other charges are shown before you place an order. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or cross-border fees. An order is subject to successful payment and confirmation. If there is a material pricing error or we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any remedy or refund required by law rather than charge you an undisclosed amount.

Any optional checkout tip is voluntary, is separate from the product price and is not required to receive a product or customer support.

Digital access and personal use

After a valid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive licence to download and use the purchased content for your own personal and household use. You may keep a personal backup and print a copy for your own use unless a product's stated licence says otherwise.
